Internal Repair

MIIC insulates or re-insulates inner surfaces of all types of Gas Turbine exhaust ducts and chimney and covers the insulation with stainless steel sheets to protect insulation. Also MIIC repairs exhaust duct and chimney body if needed.

Purpose of Inner Insulation

• To stop heat transfer from exhaust gases into turbine building this may effect on equipments of electrical devices.
• Inner thermal insulation and lining used to protect exhaust duct and chimney body from high temperature and fuel combustion results, such as Sulphur.
• To protect the people who work near to exhaust duct or chimney.
• Since heat is one of the power sources, thermal insulation reduce the losses of this heat which can be used in boilers or central heating systems… etc.               

MIIC also supplies insulation, Liner and accessories material such as:

• Ceramic Fiber Blanket with different thicknesses and densities.
• Stainless Steel sheets to protect the insulation.
• Perforated stainless steel sheets.
• All other accessories such as (S. S. Studs, washers and nuts… etc).
