Industries Company offers a wide range of thermal insulation
blankets to meet the application requirements.
The blankets are
mainly constructed from a Thermal Fabrics that cover the fill
materials.
Different types of
thermal fabrics are used such as fiber glass fabric, silica
fabric, ceramic fiber fabric and stainless steel knit mesh |

Also a different
fill materials can be used such as Ceramic Fiber or E-glass
needled mat.
The selection of the fill materials & the covering cloths depend
on the surface temperature & the environment condition,
generally MIIC produce two types of blankets :
1- high temperature blankets up to 650
°C.
2- very high temperature blankets up to 1000
°C. |

We have keep detailed
plans and drawing of every blanket on all projects, so a new
blanket is fitted exactly to the original. |

Why MIIC Removable Insulation Blanket |
|
The old insulation
method (cement coating over mineral fibers adhered directly to
the unit or rigid insulation such as calcium silicate adhered to
the unit) takes a multiple steps to apply, had a prolonged
curving time, very difficult to repair, in other hand MIIC
thermal insulation blanket is extremely easy to fix and held by
steel wire. It is very durable to impact, if any section of
blanket becomes damaged it is simply to removed and replaced by
new one.
