Modern Insulation Industries Company (MIIC) proud to introduce a new service for applying the mineral fiber insulation by spraying method.

Spray insulation is an internationally well-proven method for fire protection as well as insulation against cold, heat and noise.

The primary ingredients of spray insulation are Rockwool, Fiberglass, or Ceramic fibers along with water and adhesive. A special blowing machine that combines the adhesive water and insulating materials sprays the mixtures over the required surfaces.
 

• The work is performed quickly, especially in complicated conditions such as areas difficult to access.

• The material fills up well and has very good adhesion, no additives such as solvents, asbestos, cement of fusible silicates.

• All work is performed with high cleanliness and without littering.

• Homogenous, exact tightness, seamless insulation without use of fasteners or fixing elements and free from joints.

• Clean spray application

• Sprayed to requested thickness in one application.

• Very good adhesion and no drying cracks.

• Surface can be spray-painted.

• For increased impact resistance and washability, a fiber glass fabric can be applied to the surface.
